Meggaboost has revolutionised the whole concept of cleaning electrical machinery

THREE
It dissolves oil and grease without damaging insulation or old varnish.
It's surface active ingredient physically displaces water which is then removed by evaporation.
It depolarises and activates carbon deposits, making them easy to flush out.

New modified Meggaboost has been further improved in three ways:

Its already very low toxicity has been further reduced and it has been approved for use in submarines by the Royal Navys' Institute of Naval Medicine.
It is even more fire safe with flash point increased to 42°C
Solvent power has been increased by a further 5% These improvements have been made without affecting evaporation rate.

Washes out carbon deposits loosened by Meggaboost.
A powerful solvent for oil and grease deposits in its own right.
New Meggawash has even lower toxicity and higher flash point than before.

Flash Point at 42C.

Fast-coating and high resistivity finishing lacquers. F.P. 37C.
Provide a thorough seal of high chemical and moisture resistance combined with high surface resistivity and anti-tracking properties. The materials are also anti fungicidial and particularly suitable for tropical service.

All materials used in Ayrodev Process are compatible with one another

This high-sensitivity meter is an essential part of the success of Process 1.It identifies the leakage paths causing the low insulation value and monitors the cleaning action.

This is important because the apparent overall insulation resistance is governed by the lowest value path. The 40M gives an overall reading and identifies the individual critical areas

1 Ensure maximum ventilation and an air flow over the machine .Operators should wear filter respirators in a confined space. While Meggaboost is not, for all practical purposes, toxic, inhaling the spray in suspension causes oxygen deprivation.
2 Full access to the contaminated windings is essential. Remove all covers and end shields etc.., and split the yoke where possible. Remove any carbon brushes - Meggaboost will soften them.
3 Couple on the 40M the 50 voltage range and start to spray.
4 First carry out a general overall spray with Meggaboost to soften the deposits. If the machine is very oily give a preliminary Meggawash to save Meggaboost.
5 Concentrate on the areas showing most insulation meter reaction .As each section becomes stable, move to another area. Where possible, rotate the workpiece from time to time
